Client Terms and Conditions

1. Your appointment is with a Team Member. By booking this appointment, you enter into a

contract on these terms and conditions with the Team Member for her supply of services to you in accordance with your booking.

2. Please note, Just Fab provides booking and administration services to the team member and is not a party to this contract. Just Fab is not responsible for any act or omission of the Team Member or for any negligence on their part.

3. Just Fab will deduct full payment for your appointment(s) by credit or debit card at the time of booking. The Team Member confirms that Just Fab is collecting this payment on behalf of the Just Fab.

4. You may cancel your appointment free of charge at any time up to 48 hours before the time scheduled for the appointment. To cancel any appointment, you must contact Just Fab. Just Fab will credit your card within 7 days of your cancellation. Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time for the appointment will not be refunded.

5. Before the appointment, the Team Member will call you to introduce herself and to discuss your medical history and your contraindication form with you. On the day of your treatment and before your treatment begins, you will be asked to sign a disclaimer form for insurance purposes. If you are under the age of 16, this disclaimer must be signed by your parent or, if appropriate, your guardian.

6. In the event that the Team Member is unable to attend your appointment, the Team Member reserves the right to appoint a suitably qualified substitute, approved by Just Fab, to perform the services. You will be informed of this change by Just Fab.

7. The privacy policy included at http://www.just-fab/privacy shall be applicable to these terms and conditions.

8. These terms and conditions apply to your appointment booked through Just Fab. Shortly after making this booking, you will receive a confirmation by email. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours of making your booking, please contact Just Fab at bookings@just-fab.com.

9. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
